In this session we will specifically focus on FOSS analytical instruments, including:

• WineScan
• OenoFoss

During the session, we will:

• Discuss common issues encountered with these instruments
• Share practical solutions and troubleshooting approaches
• Learn from each other’s experiences to strengthen our collective expertise
